About Magik Mike
Mike Norton, and his wife Kathy, make their home in Mora, Minnesota. It’s been nearly 30 years since Mike and Kathy started performing with puppets and music. Much has changed through the years and Mike now performs a one man show that blends magic, puppet characters and stories. The presentations have changed a lot, but Mike’s love for kids and their families hasn’t. The joy is still there and the fun of interacting with children makes everything worth while. Whether it is an audience of 13 or 1300 (it really has varied that much) Mike puts everything he has into making sure the audience has a great experience. And it’s always presented with lots of love and laughter.
Mike’s kindness, and his concern for students were easily seen through his work. The student body was very awed in amazement during the show, and talked about how good the show was for some days after. To be able to get a class act like Mike to perform in a school is very hard to find. I would recommend any school or organization that has kids, to use Mike as a teaching tool and as entertainment for their students.
